Where are you located? Most of our sessions will take place along Kamo river (1 minute walk from Jingu-Marutamachi station on the Keihan line).  However, once in a while we will change venue.

Do I have to register to join? No, you can just turn up on the day of the session.

How long is a Bootcamp session? 1 hour (This includes the warm-up and cool-down)

How much does it cost? 1000 yen if you pay in advance and 1,500 yen if you pay on the day.

Do you offer referral discounts? If you introduce a friend to the bootcamp, you get a 50% discount for 1 session.

What do I need for Bootcamp class? Bring plenty of water, and fitness attire (It is recommend that you wear old running shoes, tracksuit bottoms, shorts, leggings, t-shirts, vest tops etc.).   Dress according to the weather.  And most importantly,  bring a positive can-do attitude.

Can anyone join? Yes, everybody is welcome;your fitness level doesn’t matter.  Bootcamp classes are designed to cater to a variety of fitness levels.  However, participants that join should be healthy.

What kind of exercises do you do? We do mostly bodyweight exercises combined with circuit training. Check our facebook page for videos of our sessions.

Do we still work-out when it’s raining? Yes, we do, unless otherwise stated.

How will I know if a session has been cancelled? Please check the Team Kyoto Fitness facebook page.  In the event that a session has to be cancelled, you will be informed by 9AM on the day of the session.

What if I have paid in advance and one of the sessions is cancelled? This will not affect anything.  Your membership rolls onto the next session.

What other benefits does this Boot Camp provide besides an intense workout?

Coming to our sessions is not just about getting fit; it’s about social interaction.  Come and meet people from various backgrounds and make friends.   Also, it’s a proven fact that people who exercise regularly are happier, healthier and live longer.
