simeon1Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
I’m Simeon Penrose.  I live in London and work as a telecommunications engineer. My hobbies? Gym gym & more gym! I’ve been training for 10 years now.

Why did you start working out?
I started working out because I was extremely lanky, so in a way I felt like I had to train as people used to make fun of me, but NOT anymore!

How long have you been working out?
I’ve been training for 9 years now. It goes really quickly! When I sit and think about how long I’ve been training, I think “Wow, that’s a pretty long time!”

A lot of people may look at you and think “STEROIDS.” Have you ever experimented with that stuff?
No never ever have I taken any type of steroid. I train for the buzz and the outcome of hard training, I don’t do competitions, so I don’t take steroids and have no intention of trying them either.

So, you can get like that naturally?
Yes 100%! It’s just dedication
Do you take any supplements?
Yes I take protein shake twice a day.

How do Ladies react when they see you?
They get moist! Am I allowed to say that?

How has working out changed your life?
Changed my life 100% in every way

Is it difficult to maintain such a great physique?
It’s not really difficult; it’s just the same process week after week which can be daunting.

If you could only do 4 exercises for the rest of your life, what would they be?
Squats, deadlift, chest press shoulder press

What do you usually eat?
Luckily I eat anything and I mean anything, but I train 5 days a week so I burn it all off

How many times a day do you eat?
3-4 times a day

What advice can you give to those who want a physique like yours?
Determination +hardwork in the gym=body gains
